Earthquakes!!!!!
Sixth grade is currently studying earthquakes. We took some time on Monday and Tuesday to build some structures using gumdrops, mini-marshmallows, and toothpicks. Our goal was to build strong structures that would withstand a "jello" earthquake as well as a "springy" earthquake. I am happy to report that all survived. Take a look at some of the structures. They are quite creative.
